Ramin Waraghai is a mind-body coach and entrepreneur based in Los Angeles, where he owns a Mind-Body Hub dedicated to helping individuals restore balance in their body and mind to lead healthy, fulfilling lives.
Once a professional soccer player in Cologne, Germany, Ramin's promising career ended at 23 due to two herniated discs and severe knee arthritis. Through intensive studies in rehabilitation and pain management, he healed his own injuries and has since empowered thousands of clients through personal training and online courses to achieve similar success.
In addition to publishing a book on back pain in 2020, Ramin has been studying human behavior and psychology for over a decade. He is a certified health coach and Demartini Method facilitator, driven by a mission to help individuals eliminate unnecessary mental and physical effort and pursue their highest inspiration.
